12-Week Package: Comprehensive Healing Journey
This longer-term package is designed for individuals seeking deeper healing, personal growth, and transformation across multiple dimensions of their lives.

Weeks 1-2 Initial Assessment- safety, trust, regulation and capacity building.
– Comprehensive intake and assessment to establish a foundation for your journey.
– Collaboratively set personalized goals for the duration of the package.
Weeks 3-4: Trauma Psychoeducation
– In-depth exploration of trauma, its impact, identifying triggers, patterns and coping mechanisms. Supporting clients to recognise times when they might react in ‘fight’ ‘flight’ or ‘freeze.
– Introduce somatic experiencing and creative techniques, for calming overwhelm, emotional tracking and emotional regulation.
Weeks 5-6: Creative arts counselling
– Introduce creative coping strategies for clients to manage overwhelming emotions related to their trauma- techniques like visualisation, mindfulness, arts, music and journalling.
– Addressing feelings and experiences in a non-threatening way facilitating deeper emotional processing.
Weeks 7-8: Integrative Relational Counselling
– Explore relational dynamics, challenges in asserting needs and boundaries and their influence on emotional health.
– Work on enhancing self-awareness, self -care and interpersonal effectiveness.
Weeks 9-10: Somatic Energy Healing Sessions
– Engage in somatic practices to facilitate deeper emotional release and healing.
– Incorporate visualization, EFT (Emotional freedom techniques and acupressure to ground and centre yourself.
Weeks 11-12: Self- care and nervous system regulation
– Introduce somatic experiencing techniques, gentle movement vagal toning exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve promoting relaxation.
